The legacy of the Kalyani Group dates back to the 1950s, when the visionary Late Sitaram Kalyani of Jalpaiguri invested in numerous Tea Companies across North Bengal & Assam.

After his untimely death in 1971, his son, the Late Krishna Kumar Kalyani, carried this vision forward—expanding the Group’s footprint and establishing it as a respected and trusted name in the Indian Tea Industry.
